Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Michigan. You will support retailers by building displays, setting end caps, rotating shelves, and tracking inventory to drive sales.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed. Ideal candidates are friendly, 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and able to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Able to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, rotate shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to ensure accurate planograms and store resets.
