Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute store tasks from planograms to signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service. The role involves strong interaction with customers and team members, and requires flexibility to meet business needs.

The position emphasizes completing tasks accurately, maintaining planogram integrity, and promoting a safe, productive store environment. Shifts vary by store and may be 4–10 hours long.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations about work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
