Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service to every guest, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

This role requires regular attendance, work shifts driven by business needs, communicate with the District FAST Supervisor on progress and issues, and perform planograms, resets and price changes accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately required regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements and price changes.
• Install and maintain signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and provide legendary customer service.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
