• Experience leading teams and ensuring SOPs and company programs are followed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies, standards, and service levels.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution and FIFO stock flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Maintain in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy through SOPs.
• Oversee planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock movement, and shrink reduction.
• Execute price changes and promotions on the sales floor and systems.
• Oversee Ship-from-Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN handling.
