Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandise associate to support retailers with displays, shelf resets, and inventory management. No prior experience required as training is provided, and opportunities for growth are emphasized.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires while maintaining customer service excellence in-store.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience preferred, not required.
• Willingness to lead and train teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, build displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling and onboarding new hires.
