Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate to support retailers, build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory. You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

You should have 1–2 years of merchandising experience, be comfortable leading others, and able to use a smartphone to record work after each shift. Growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs; build displays and end caps, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain store standards and maximize sales opportunities through effective product placement.
• Record and communicate shift results using mobile devices and company tools.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver a positive shopping experience.
