Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while providing excellent customer service and collaborating with team members to drive results.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move equipment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet to record work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support and manage displays.
• Build end caps and rotate shelves to maximize sales.
• Track inventory and assist with reporting and scheduling.
• Support leadership with onboarding new hires and training.
