Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service. You will communicate with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations, perform planograms, price changes, signage maintenance, and assist with merchandising and safety.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
