Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant in Farmington Hills, MI. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with rotation, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities in partner retailers.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; 18+ and strong customer service are expected. The role offers flexible hours and benefits tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications

Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
You are 18 years or older.
Can perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.
Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

Provide in-store merchandising support including building displays and end caps.
