Job summary

Retail Odyssey in Michigan is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed. The role offers $14.00 per hour, growth opportunities from within, and additional hours may be available upon request.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
