Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers and shoppers across Michigan. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities. This role partners with store teams to ensure a smooth shopping experience and strong product presentation.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. Competitive wages start at $14.00 per hour, with growth opportunities within our expanding network of brands

Qualifications

• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
