Advantage Solutions in Houston is seeking a Retail Sales Merchandiser to drive in-store merchandising and brand presence across assigned retailers. You’ll build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory to help stores maximize sales and ensure product availability.

Ideal candidates are 18+, data-driven, able to work independently or with store leaders, and comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay starts at $18.00.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps to showcase products and capture shopper attention.
• Reset shelves with proper product rotation to keep stores fresh, full, and on plan.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Drive sales by influencing key decision makers and ensuring products dominate at retail.
• Champion product availability through eye-catching displays and merchandising strategies.
• Influence assortment through ordering, stock rotation, and inventory management.
• Grow and scale a territory by managing a diverse book of business
