Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Sales Merchandiser to drive in-store merchandising, build displays, and manage plan-o-grams across assigned retailers. You’ll be the sales driver and brand advocate, ensuring product availability and compelling in-store presentation to maximize shopper engagement.

This on-site role offers competitive pay ($18–$20/hour) and growth opportunities, with training and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Curious, data-driven, and quick to learn insights that fuel store-level sales.
• Proactive, confident, and able to collaborate with store leaders.
• Able to drive sales by executing promotions and building displays.
• Provide safe, high-quality service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps that showcase our products and capture shopper attention.
• Reset shelves with proper product rotation to keep stores fresh, full, and on plan.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Drive sales by influencing key decision makers and ensuring our products dominate at retail.
• Champion product availability through eye-catching displays to optimize in store presentation and execute merchandising strategies that directly boost sales.
• Impact and transform product assortment through ordering, stock rotation, and inventory management.
• Grow and scale a territory by owning a diverse book of business, identifying opportunities, and executing strategies that expand market presence.
