Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Sales Merchandiser to drive in-store impact for leading brands. You’ll build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities across assigned stores.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps to showcase products and capture shopper attention.
• Reset shelves with proper product rotation to keep stores fresh, full, and on plan.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Drive sales by influencing key decision makers and ensuring products dominate at retail.
• Champion product availability with eye-catching displays and effective merchandising strategies.
• Grow and scale a territory by expanding market presence and managing a diverse book of business.
