Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to fulfill merchandising needs at retail locations across Honolulu and Kaneohe, HI. You will stock shelves, build displays, place orders via iPad, and collaborate with sales reps to execute plans for Oreo, Ritz, belVita and other brands. Open availability and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid REAL ID driver’s license or US passport.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz to in-store staff and collaborate with sales reps to optimize visibility and displays.
• Perform in-store visits and capture photos of displays per merchandising steps.
• Place product orders via iPad to ensure stock on shelves and displays.
• Ensure Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented.
• Follow negotiated store plans and escalate issues to management.
• Adhere to merchandising manager’s daily schedule for efficiency.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while in-store.
