Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to service Johnson City and Kingsport, TN areas. This role focuses on shelving, rotating products, and maintaining planograms while engaging store personnel and optimizing displays.

Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs, work Monday–Friday, and communicate effectively with customers. Local travel and mileage are a part of the role; health benefits and retirement plans are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have effective communication skills.
• Experience in retail customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products in cold vaults and on the shelf.
• Fills and merchandises coolers and displays on sales floor.
• Organizes back room cooler and stacks products by package and flavor.
• Builds relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and pricing discussions.
