Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to help shape shopper experiences. You will build displays, reset shelves with product rotation, and monitor inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

We welcome applicants 18+, with a fun, customer-focused attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team. Training is provided and safety is emphasized in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with action and results orientation.
• Work independently, but also possess teamwork skills.
• Maintain safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
