Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will work with store teams to ensure shelves are visually appealing and well stocked.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; you can grow with us and there are opportunities for additional hours.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
• Able to interact with management and customers effectively.
• 18 years or older.
• Physically capable: lift up to 50 lbs, move, bend, stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure shelves are stocked and visually appealing.
