Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers and ensure displays are engaging and stocked for shoppers. You will help build displays, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; growth opportunities abound with benefits that can be customized to meet your family's needs.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
• You must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work: moving, bending, standing and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with strong bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation.
