Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products attractively at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts. You will merchandise approved products, follow planograms, and communicate with store management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include rotating stock, moving products from backroom to display, and creating POS materials while maintaining back room organization.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, both written and spoken.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse customers.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, with good judgment and independent work habits.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on displays and shelves per planograms.
• Move products from backroom to display areas.
• Create and place POS materials; rotate stock.
• Maintain back room organization and stock by flavor.
• Build relationships with store personnel and coordinate with vendors.
