Job summary

Mr. Plumber, partnering with Home Depot, is hiring a Sales Lead Generator to engage shoppers about water treatment options inside the store. You’ll start conversations, explain benefits, and set appointments for our home service consultants.

You’ll represent the partnership, educate customers and Home Depot staff, and track your goals with our training and support to help people access clean, treated water.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face conversations with customers.
• Strong communication and active listening.
• Self-motivation, energy, and a results-oriented attitude.
• Calm, professional under pressure.
• Organized with good time management.
• Ability to guide conversations to next steps (appointments).
• Able to stand/walk 4–8 hours in retail.
• Smartphone proficiency for scheduling and communication.
• Willing to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mr. Plumber and Home Depot partnership by engaging shoppers about water treatment options.
• Work from inside Home Depot, no cold calling or door knocking.
• Initiate conversations, explain benefits, set appointments.
• Build relationships with Home Depot staff in-store.
• Educate customers and staff on the program and value of treated water.
• Track goals and participate in training and support.
