Job summary

Mr. Plumber is seeking a Sales Lead Generator to support our Costco partnership inside a branded Costco kiosk. You’ll engage members with friendly conversations, explain our water treatment options, and set appointments for home service consultants.

This in-store, face-to-face role emphasizes energy, reliability, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll work Saturdays when Costco is busiest, enjoy industry-leading pay with commissions, and receive health benefits, a 401(k) match, and other perks

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand and engage shoppers in a retail setting.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, texting, and emailing.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in friendly conversations about home water treatment.
• Work from a branded kiosk inside Costco.
• Explain benefits and set appointments for home service consultants.
• Build relationships with Costco staff as the store face of the partnership.
• Educate customers about the program and water treatment value.
• Track goals and participate in training and support.
