A. J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is hiring In-Store Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

You will engage with customers in a retail setting, start conversations, and qualify leads for in-home consultations or service appointments. No HVAC experience required; we value an outgoing personality, strong communication, and reliability. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules, weekly pay, and paid training are offered.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
