Job summary

A.J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is hiring In-Store Appointment Setters to promote HVAC services and conduct lead-generation inside national home improvement retail stores. Earn hourly pay plus commission, with paid training and opportunities in both part-time and full-time roles.

As a Brand-Ambassador, you will engage shoppers, explain service options, and schedule in-home consultations or tune-ups with technicians and comfort advisors. Weekly in-office meetings are expected.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail shoppers and introduce them to A.J. Perri heating and air conditioning services.
• Support lead-generation and scheduling in-home consultations.
• Act as a Brand-Ambassador representing ARS professionally.
• Coordinate with service technicians and comfort advisors.
