ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Wilmington, NC.

You will engage shoppers, start conversations, and identify home comfort needs while educating on solutions and scheduling in-home consultations.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.

• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
