This sales role focuses on lead generation, appointment setting, and educating homeowners about ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality solutions.

You will start conversations, represent the ARS brand with a professional in-store presence, and earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission with weekly pay and paid training.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers (retail setting).
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS services and solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence and support promotions.
