Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a CWP Immunizing Nurse to administer vaccines such as flu, COVID, and MMR in an in-store setting, providing compassionate care to patients.

The role requires an active RN license in CT, a High School Diploma or GED, and BLS certification. Schedule includes Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri 2:30 PM–6:30 PM and Sat 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, onsite with PPE provided; remote work is not applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccines including flu, COVID-19, MMR, and others in-store.
• Display empathy and compassion toward patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure quality care.
• Adapt to changing schedules and community healthcare needs.
• Motivate and develop support staff, assigning tasks to maximize strengths.
• Implement solutions to achieve team goals and improve patient outcomes.
