ARS-Rescue Rooter in North Fort Worth, TX is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules with paid training and weekly pay are available.

You will engage customers, generate leads, and schedule in-home appointments, with uncapped commission and an earning potential described as $20–$30 per hour on average.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
• Attendance at weekly in-office meetings and background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations.
