ARS-Rescue Rooter in Glendale Heights is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives to engage shoppers inside national home improvement stores. You will promote HVAC services, explain options, and schedule in-home consultations or tune-ups with service technicians.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• As an In-Store Sales Representative and Lead Generator, you will engage with retail shoppers and introduce them to ARS heating and air conditioning services.
• Schedule in-home consultations or HVAC services and support lead-generation and brand-awareness.
• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador and Promotions Specialist explaining service options and upgrades.
• Coordinate with service technicians and comfort advisors to arrange appointments.
