American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring Retail Sales Representatives/Lead Generators to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Copperfield, TX. This is a fast-paced, in-store sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting, with flexible hours and both part-time and full-time opportunities.

You will connect with homeowners, discuss their home comfort needs, and introduce ARS energy-efficiency and indoor air-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend availability and some holiday availability required.

Responsabilités

• Start friendly conversations with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Act as Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions with retail management and ARS team members.
