Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking In-Store Sales Representatives to work inside major home-improvement retail locations. This sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting, with uncapped commissions and flexible hours.

You will connect with homeowners while they shop and introduce them to ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions. This position offers part-time and full-time opportunities with weekly pay and training.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
