ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent ARS inside major home improvement retail locations, introducing customers to home comfort solutions and energy-saving upgrades.

Responsibilities include starting friendly conversations with shoppers about home comfort, explaining heating and cooling improvements, and scheduling free in-home consultations. Weekly pay with commission and paid training are offered, with flexible part-time and full-time schedules.

Formación

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment.
• Positive, energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Sales or retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Availability for weekend retail hours and some holidays.

• Working alongside store management and ARS team members to support in-store promotions.
