You will uphold visual standards, assist with inventory, and support store operations while providing energetic, customer-focused service. No closed-door duties; all team members contribute to an exceptional Lids experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through customer service.
• Generate Revenue: Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics.
• Generate Revenue: Engage in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines, including proper sales, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Generate Revenue: Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
• Control Expenses: Protect Company assets within the guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Control Expenses: Participate in managing store inventory, including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
• Control Expenses: Assist with accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner.
• Control Expenses: Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Control Expenses: Other duties as assigned.
