Schraad Sales & Marketing is hiring an Instore Grocery Sales Representative/Merchandiser in Kansas City, MO. The role focuses on delivering 100% retail coverage, maintaining displays, and executing client merchandising initiatives across the territory.

The candidate should have strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, be detail oriented, and proficient with technology and MS Office. Occasional travel and retail collaboration with store personnel are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal, decision making and leadership skills.
• Highly organized, detail oriented with commitment to quality standards and customer service.
• Excellent oral and written communication with staff and store personnel.
• Proficient with technology (computers, smartphones, tablets) and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 100% coverage every reporting cycle of assigned retail territory per client frequency plans.
• Maintain merchandise displays by cleaning, stocking and rotating products as assigned.
• Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned.
• Take photos as requested with company device.
• Execute retail initiatives (new item placement, price incentives, contests) as assigned.
• Attain new and existing item placement according to standards and shelf guidelines.
• Record activities in Go Spot Check in real time with work performance.
• Communicate effectively with Schraad staff and store personnel regarding tasks and objectives.
• Continual travel is required; travel may be outside the local area with overnight stays.
