Schraad Sales & Marketing Food Brokerage seeks a full-time Instore Grocery Sales Representative/Merchandiser for the Springfield, IL area. The role requires organizing and executing shelf layouts, merchandising plans, and client initiatives while maintaining strong customer service standards.

Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership, reliability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and field technology. Travel and timely reporting are essential to support client objectives and company growth.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal, decision making and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to quality and customer service.
• Excellent oral and written communication with staff and store personnel.
• Proficient with computers, smartphones, tablets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance meeting company requirements.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 100% coverage of assigned retail territory per client frequency plans.
• Maintain merchandise displays—cleaning, stocking and rotating products.
• Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned.
• Take photos using company device when requested.
• Execute retail initiatives (new item placement, price incentives, contests).
• Achieve item placement according to client standards and speed-to-shelf guidelines.
• Record missions, sets and notes in Go Spot Check in real time.
• Use Go Spot Check to check schedule, accept assignments and document work.
• Attend store sets and align shelving to marketing objectives.
• Record expenses, time and leave requests in Paycom accurately and timely.
• Report equipment issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with Schraad staff and store personnel.
• Check company email twice daily for updates.
• Participate in team sales meetings and food shows as required.
• Travel continually; may include overnight stays.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
