Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High-School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service role.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems to enhance customer experience and drive future outreach.
• Support Lovesac's omni- channel customer experience by being flexible and able to assist in-person at your home store, local stores and third-party vendors.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
• Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position or be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and demonstrate sales techniques to build brand loyalty.
• Lead by example through client engagement and proactive selling while achieving sales goals.
• Guide customers from interest to purchase, focusing on quotes, closing the sale and maintaining relationships.
• Collaborate with team to review open quotes and drive conversion while ensuring a seamless sales experience.
• Support store operations including opening & closing the store, inventory, exchanges and promotions.
