Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Production Representative to provide fresh, in-store products like salads, sandwiches and pizzas while upholding food safety and sanitation standards. You will prepare ingredients, label and stock products, and assist across multiple food‑service areas, including catering support and other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Experience in food preparation is preferred.
• Strong culinary knowledge and understanding of ingredients.
• Excellent reading and writing abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, slices, dices, chops food per recipes and SOPs.
• Packages, labels, stocks, and rotates made-in-store products.
• Completes tasks at assigned workstation and assists in multiple food areas.
• Supports catering orders and other duties as needed.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards throughout shifts.
