Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Culinary knowledge and understanding of nutrition and ingredients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and write effectively.
• Ability to execute high-volume production.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in food preparation and equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, slice, and assemble products per recipes and SOPs.
• Package, label, stock, and rotate made-in-store products.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards across all areas.
• Assist in multiple food preparation areas and catering orders as needed.
• Provide internal customer service and assist customers as required.
