Job summary

Acosta Group seeks an Associate to conduct in-store product demonstrations, learn the features of offerings, and engage customers professionally. You will prepare, serve, and break down samples, while maintaining a clean workstation and appearance during retail events.

Responsibilities include setting up event tables, achieving execution targets, assisting with client visits and audits, and coordinating with store staff.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills with basic PC/mobile device use.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented.
• Proactively engage, interact, and sell products to consumers.
• Effectively communicate features and benefits of products.
• Prepare and serve samples using small appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, safe work station and adhere to cleaning protocols.
• Present a professional appearance aligned with job requirements.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for demonstrations.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned tasks.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections as needed.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit online requirements on the day of Event execution.
