Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Field Merchandiser to work independently across Houston, restocking and organizing product displays while maintaining inventory and collaborating with store teams to optimize placement. The role emphasizes time management and retailer relationships in the Hallmark department.

This part‑time position offers 8–12 hours weekly with a variable schedule, including holiday periods. Training is provided, and voluntary benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device; communicate with supervisor and colleagues; maintain display responsibility.
• Holiday support: additional days and extended hours around major holidays; may work on holidays including weekends in peak seasons.
• Department resets: assist installations and remodels; relocate card departments and products; ready for notice two weeks in advance for remodels.
• One Team Vision: participate in a network of merchandisers supporting each other across territories.
