Job summary

H&M located in Indianapolis seeks a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and guide shoppers through the store, using your fashion knowledge to inform and inspire. You will actively sell, support loyalty programs, and maintain a clean, well-presented sales floor in a fast-paced retail environment.

You should be passionate about fashion, thrive in a collaborative setting, and have prior retail or service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers through the store, actively selling products and providing guidance.
• Share fashion knowledge to inform customers and enhance their experience.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain garment care, presentation and cleanliness of the sales floor and back of house.
• Support opening/closing and adhere to visual and operational guidelines.
