Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
• Promote products and resolve customer questions to support sales targets.
• Maintain presentation, stock and back-of-house areas to support a tidy store.
• Support opening/closing procedures and store operations.
• Engage with customers to promote Hello Member and sustainability initiatives.
