Job summary

KnitWell Group operates Soma in Arlington, TX, seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face in a customer-centered environment. You will share product knowledge and provide personalized service to customers.

In this role, you will deliver hospitality-driven experiences, engage authentically with customers to understand needs, and guide omnichannel shopping. You’ll support merchandising, inventory, and store upkeep while staying flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
