Job summary

KnitWell Group’s Soma brand store in Austin is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will help create a seamless shopping experience across in-store and online channels, educate guests about loyalty benefits, and support merchandising and inventory tasks while upholding brand standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old in TX and listed states.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centered experience reflecting hospitality.
• Initiate authentic conversations to understand needs and provide personalized service.
