Job summary

You will uphold premium visual merchandising, process transactions, and manage orders while collaborating with the A&D community to expand brand awareness. Flexibility for weekends/holidays and E-Verify compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools
• Ability to lift/move items over 40 lbs and adhere to safety protocols
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations
• Design tailored solutions aligned with clients’ needs, preferences, and wellness goals
• Drive sales by building strong client relationships and proactively following up on leads
• Collaborate with the A&D (Architecture & Design) community to grow brand awareness and partnerships
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a premium store experience
• Process transactions and manage orders accurately and efficiently
• Report directly to the General Manager
• Play a key role in driving the store’s success
