Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. seeks a Consultant to deliver a world-class customer experience across multiple businesses in-store. You will engage customers from greeting to post-sale, drive store sales, and assist with alterations fittings when tailors are available, contributing to a high-performing team.

You will maintain brand standards, participate in visual merchandising, stock counts, and ensure store security while promoting a respectful, harassment-free work environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
• Ability to work as part of a high-performing team and participate in team selling.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with merchandising and stock procedures.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals, as trained by management and as described in corporate training materials.
• Continuously encourage and participate in team selling.
• Build a relationship with your customer from greeting through post-sale contact.
• Assist in receiving shipments, putting away new merchandise, maintaining a clean, neat, sized and organized store based on our merchandising to sell standards.
• Help monitor the security of all Company property.
