Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store product demonstrations in a retail setting in the United States. The role involves acquiring product knowledge, presenting features, and engaging with consumers to drive sales.

The position is part-time with emphasis on high-quality customer interactions and professional appearance. You will prepare samples, operate small appliances, and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience preferred
• Proficient in using a PC or mobile device and common software
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers; demonstrate products and explain features
• Prepare, serve, and break down product samples using small appliances
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional demo workstation
• Interact with store personnel to meet client objectives and complete paperwork
• Complete expense reports and online requirements on the day of event execution
• Set up Event Table and ensure 100% execution on assigned work
• Access company systems and use MS Outlook and Word to manage tasks
