Crossmark Inc. in Des Moines, IA is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn products, engage customers, demonstrate, and sell while handling event equipment in stores.

Maintain professional appearance and ensure food safety and sanitation. Responsibilities include managing event supplies, coordinating with store management when supervisors are absent, leading teams, building rapport with store personnel, and documenting event outcomes with photos

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient ability to use and navigate a personal computer and personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Food Safety Professional Certification, Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain equipment and supplies for events to ensure cleanliness and security.
• Communicate with store management about upcoming events and execution when Supervisor is absent.
• Be the point of contact for all events in the store when Supervisor is absent.
• Provide leadership and knowledge to the team.
• Gain adequate knowledge of products represented.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Prepare foods using raw products and small appliances while following safety guidelines.
• Set up Event Table and ensure a professional appearance.
