Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Store Customer Service Representative in Kutztown, PA to stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, and to receive and process telephone orders.

You will take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility daily. Candidates must be able to perform basic math for change, enter orders on a computer or touch screen, understand written instructions, and communicate clearly with customers and co-workers

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math and make correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal and written communication to take and process orders.
• Experience entering orders using a computer or touch screen.
• Ability to understand written instructions and communicate with customers.

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
