Job summary

KognitiveSales Solutions in partnership with Canadian Tire seeks in-store Field Marketing Representatives to educate customers and drive sales of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard. You will work across assigned stores to engage customers, deliver product benefits, and provide excellent service.

This role offers flexible scheduling, fully paid training, and a competitive base plus uncapped commission, with opportunities to grow within a trusted brand network across Canada and the U.S.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people.
• Customer service or sales experience an asset
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Work well independently and within a team
• Comfortable completing a criminal and credit background check

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk.
• Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customers have a great experience.
• Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality as you work with customer information.
• Support in multiple store locations within your assigned region as needed
